Designed and built by owner (who has an architectural background) for his family.  Original plans are available for review.

House is fully custom and unique with high end finishes.

Approximately 4512 square feet of living space.

Lot size is 28,080 square feet  (.65 acre).  Lot is mostly level and very private.

Completed in 1992, remodeled in 2012.

INSIDE AMENITIES

Entry/Living/Dining/Bar

· This home has a very open floor plan. It has high ceilings (up to 22 feet).  Excellent entertaining/seating possibilities.  Can accommodate seated dinner parties of 130+ outdoors.

· Extensive Italian marble flooring.

· Stairs leading to second level.

· Step down living room with gas fireplace, large marble hearth with sculpted and illuminated art wall, built-in speakers and shelving/electrical for a music system, dedicated grand piano nook with special keyboard lighting.

Home Theater
